We want to ensure your experience is as smooth and reassuring as possible. While our policy does not support returns, we are happy to offer exchanges for items purchased within 7 days if you need a different size, color, or item. Please note that sale items and made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged or returned.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Please use a tracked shipping service and keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. Once we receive your item in perfect, unused condition with all original tags and hygiene stickers, we’ll gladly process your exchange. We aim to complete all exchanges within 7 days.
